For the Travel With Ease plans you will be given the option of receiving your plan information by email or by regular mail. If you are departing within 14 days of your purchase date you should choose the email option to be sure that you have all of your plan information before you leave home.

If you request that your documentation be sent by regular mail please allow 7 - 10 working days for it to arrive.

Your plan information will include a copy of your plan certificate and the emergency assistance contact information. There will be two phone numbers: a toll free number that only works from the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. From all other locations there's a regular number to call collect at any time from anywhere.
